Rémi

Remi starts off as the son of Mrs Barberin. When his father, having had one leg crippled in a work-related incident, arrives home for the first time in years it is revealed to Remi he is adopted. Behind his mother's back, he is sold to Vitalis, a travelling entertainer. Vitalis teaches Remi all about the world and how to handle the challenges it brings. Remi performs as "The Foolish Servant" in the plays the troupe performs. His real mother is Mrs Milligan, as he was stolen from the family at a very young age. After Vitalis' death, he briefly joins the Acquin family until tragedy strikes again. When the siblings are seperated, Remi travels around and acts as a messengar who connects the family by stopping by at each of their locations during his journey. He is also joined by travelling companion Mattia after he leaves the Acquins.
