Tetsurou Yoshinogawa

Tetsurou Yoshinogawa was a chef who had a cooking show on television in the anime. Taiki was invited to be a special guest on the show, and he brought Makoto along to demonstrate how to bake a strawberry shortcake. Usagi invited herself along, however, and jumped into the show to "help" them cook, with disastrous results. Fortunately, Tetsurou was prepared with a pre-made cake and the rest of the show proceeded smoothly. After it was over, however, Tetsurou was confronted by Sailor Iron Mouse in the hallway outside the studio, and she removed his Star Seed.
