Shitsuji

Igor was a villain in the second Dragon Ball movie, Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle. He worked for Lucifer and was the only one of Lucifer's minions who didn't appear to be a demon. He knows mostly everything about blood and also tells Bulma a lot about blood. He was supposed to take blood from Bulma for the celebration after the Sleeping Princess awakened and the sun was destroyed, but instead was defeated by Yamcha, who kicked him after he attacked Bulma with a hatchet.
